As a managing partner, Curtis is responsible for
staff management, office operations, and technical support, as well
as strategic planning and project management. Curtis has over 28
years of telecom and IT experience, including the design,
installation, documentation and maintenance of PBX systems, High
Volume ACD Call Centers, Coordinated Dialing Plans, and Private
Line, VPN, and Frame Relay data networks. Curtis has performed
several turnkey migrations of large data networks, as well as many
upgrades and enhancements to PBX systems. Curtis has received
many awards for excellence, and owned and operated a successful
interconnect company for 15 years that provided service for Nortel,
Rolm, Siemens and Panasonic PBX's. Curtis has extensive
knowledge of Carrier services, contracts, and billing platforms, and
is a Specialist at reducing client costs. Over the years,
Curtis has worked with many medium to large companies, and has
accounted for millions in documented savings.
